Refund Policy

Le Lux Linen takes pride in delivering a quality product, with every item being checked for quality assurance prior to dispatch. In the event a product is faulty we offer a full refund or exchange. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please contact us if you deem your item to be faulty and we will issue a full refund once your item has been returned.
Delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty and a refund will be issued once goods have been returned in original condition. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. If you are unsure about the look, feel and colours of our linen we encourage you to contact us for your free samples prior to your purchase.
We do encourage people to order a free colour sample off of us prior to making a purchase, so they can make sure they get the right colour, as all computer monitors display our colours differently.
