Refund Policy

Le Lux Linen takes pride in delivering a quality product, with every item being checked for quality assurance prior to dispatch. In the event a product is faulty we offer a full refund or exchange. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please contact us sales@leluxlinen.com.au if you deem your item to be faulty and we will issue a full refund once your item has been returned.
Delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty and a refund will be issued once goods have been returned in original condition. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. If you are unsure about the look, feel and colours of our linen we encourage you to contact us sales@leluxlinen.com.au for your free samples prior to your purchase.
We do encourage people to order a free colour sample off of us prior to making a purchase, so they can make sure they get the right colour, as all computer monitors display our colours differently.
